Orthopodological treatment (Insoles)

The life of an orthotic insole varies depending on the material and use, but can generally last between 1 and 3 years. Factors such as type of activity, weight and daily wear and tear can influence its useful life. If you notice that the insole is losing its shape, wearing out, or no longer providing support, it’s time to replace it. Do not hesitate to do periodic check-ups so that your podiatrist can assess the condition of your insole.

Orthopedic insoles can be made of various materials. Each material is chosen according to the specific needs of the patient. In general we work with resins for support and it is combined with EVA materials to provide greater comfort and impact absorption.

Do not put them in the washing machine or in any place with a high heat source (Sun, radiator), they could be deformed! The best option is to wash with a wet cloth and let them air out after playing sports with them.
